The Meinl Sonic Energy 10" Medium Octave Steel Tongue Drum is made of high-quality stainless steel. Its eight octave notes deliver tones in two octaves, creating a beautiful, meditative sound similar to the tone of a handpan. The bottom of the drum can be sealed with a silicone plug for an even more compact sound. Three silicone feet on the bottom prevent the drum from slipping. The Medium Octave Steel Tongue Drum can be played with your fingers or mallets. When playing, simply place it on a flat surface or on your lap. The drum comes with two wooden mallets with soft, rubber-wrapped heads and a stylish zippered carrying case with a handle.
