Specifically designed for classical guitars and instruments with flat (non-radius) fretboards, the Artist Classical Capo utilizes a patented trigger geometry that reduces the force required to open and close the capo while maintaining even tension regardless of the neck profile. Combined with micrometer tension adjustment and direct horizontal pressure, the Artist Classical Capo virtually eliminates string drag and the need for retuning during use. Furthermore, the trigger design and lightweight aluminum construction add no obstruction or noticeable weight to the instrument's neck. The Artist Classical Capo includes a mounting bracket for a micrometer tuner, allowing you to add tuning capabilities to the capo. A tuner is sold separately.
