Walden T350 acoustic travel guitar

The STANDARD T350 is a smaller steel-string guitar with a shorter scale of 24-1/8″ / 613 mm. Sometimes considered a 7/8 guitar, the T is not only ideal for traveling, but its smaller body also makes it more comfortable to hold. The shorter scale allows for lighter string tension, which is also easier on the fingers. The Walden T350 is properly braced for its smaller size and produces a tone that far exceeds its size.

The STANDARD 300 series instruments are designed to offer the best balance of sound, stability, and value. The combination of a laminated spruce top and a fiberglass-reinforced mahogany neck provides exceptional stability and resistance to humidity. The laminated mahogany back and sides, along with the rosewood fingerboard and bridge, contribute to the tonal quality and visual beauty. A gloss finish protects the STANDARD 300. Spruce top

Spruce is one of the most traditional woods used to make guitar tops. This is due to its stiffness and ideal strength-to-weight ratio. These characteristics give spruce a very dynamic sensitivity and a rich tone with many harmonic overtones. This makes it excellent for both powerful strumming and delicate fingerpicking.

Mahogany sides and back

Mahogany has long been a highly sought-after wood for the back and sides of acoustic guitars. Its warm, rounded bass tone provides a foundation for any musical style to reach the listener. The midrange is very strong and full-bodied, while the treble is delicate and very pleasant.

Fiberglass reinforced neck

The neck of this guitar is reinforced with fiberglass strips. These strips provide extra reinforcement, improving the neck's stability. This results in more consistent tuning and improved playability, even over long periods of time.
