Acoustic Energy AE109 WN Column speaker walnut

The AE109 effortlessly delivers room-filling music from one of the most compact floor-standing speakers, just like the acclaimed original AE109 from 20 years ago. This is achieved by using two 110mm paper cone drivers with an ultra-high-force motor system, combined with a soft 25mm dome tweeter. The 2.5-way crossover was designed specifically for this speaker and delivers sound quality and power never before seen in this size. Special attention was paid to phase and time alignment for beautiful coherence across the entire frequency range.

Like the AE100 bookshelf speaker, the cabinet is made of 18mm MDF, and its design is heavily inspired by the award-winning Reference series. The result is a beautifully clear sound with power and presentation that will naturally excite you.
