Has one of your strings broken, or are they no longer playing nicely? You can come to us to have your guitar restrung. A guitar with new strings always plays and sounds much better. Replacing strings also includes maintaining your instrument. That's why, when replacing strings, we always take care of the instrument as well. We clean it thoroughly and oil the wood where necessary. We also check if the tuning pegs are running smoothly and, if necessary, clean and adjust them. With good care, your instrument will last a lifetime. For shipping we make use of the services of PostNL. It is possible to have your order directly send to a PostNL pickup point in The Netherlands. If you want to make use of this service we ask you to add the adres of the pickup point in the remarks section of your order. For deliveries in Tilburg and the surrounding area we try to use our own services. The vast majority of our products go through quality control to make sure that we keep defects to a minimum. All instruments will be professionaly set-up and cared for to make sure that they reach you in perfect condition. A well-set-up guitar plays much better and also sounds a bit better. Many guitars sold (new) are not ideally set up. This often makes them play stiffly, feel sharp, or can even cause tuning problems. We not only properly set up all guitars we sell ourselves, but we also offer this as a service for all guitars. If you have doubts about your guitar's setup, feel free to drop by and let us examine your guitar for any potential problems and adjustments that could help. This way, we can ensure you enjoy the guitar you already have much more. How does it work? If you want to have something done to your guitar, you can simply drop in with your guitar during our opening hours. We will assess on the spot what the issue is with the guitar and how it can best be resolved. We will give you a price estimate of the cost and an indication of how long it will approximately take. Upon approval, we will register your guitar and provide you with proof that you have left the guitar with us. After we have completed all work, we will notify you by phone, WhatsApp, or email, as preferred, that you can pick up your guitar again. You must then bring and hand in the proof you received.
