This ingenious adapter is made of powder-coated steel and allows for quick and easy boom swing without operating the microphone stand coupling. It features a 3/8" female thread for mounting the microphone stand and a 3/8" male thread for mounting the boom. The adapter and boom assembly can now be easily rotated and locked in place with a comfortable-feeling set screw (double injection-molded knob). It also functions as a quick-swivel microphone clip adapter.
