Payment Methods

iDeal (Netherlands only)

With iDeal you can safely and easily make online purchases. iDeal is directly connected to the online payment systems of every Dutch bank. To use iDeal you do not need to register anywhere or download anything, you only need to have a Duch bank account with one of the following banks: ABN AMRO, ING, Rabobank, ASN Bank, bunq, Handelsbanken, Knab, Moneyou, RegioBank, SNS, Triodos Bank or van Lanschot. With iDeal you easily make payment from within the safe online environment of your own bank. Paying exactly like you are already used to.

 

How does iDeal work?

Paying with iDeal is done in a few easy steps:

  • You order a product
  • You choose iDeal for payment
  • Select your own bank
  • You get send to the online environment of your own bank (you can also choose to use your bank's app on your phone)
  • All the relevant information of the transaction is already filled in
  • You confirm the payment
  • You receive a confirmation from your bank that the payment has been made
  • You return to the webshop with the payment succesfully made

 

Creditcard and Pin (only for in-store pickup)

If you choose to pick up your order in-store you have the options to pay by either creditcard or pin. We accept most creditcards including: Mastercard, Visa and American Express. It is not possible to pay by creditcard online.

 

Bank transfer

You have the choice to fulfill your payment through direct bank transfer to Radiobeurs Tilburg. This way you can work the way you are already used to with your own banks online environment or any other way your bank offers. If you choose for bank transfer you receive an email with all the information you need for the bank transfer.

Manual payment is a safe way of making payments without extra costs. The only drawback is that it may take a couple of days for the payment to be processsed and show up for The Radiobeurs. Shipments will take delay until the payment has been received. As soon as the payment has succesfully been received your order will be shipped and you will receive confirmation including tracking information if applicable.

 

Delivery Times and Shipping Costs

 

Delivery Times

For all our products an expected delivery time is given. Under normal circumstances these estimates will be accurate. Situationally delivery times may deviate from our estimates, if this deviation is longer then a couple of days we will contact you with a new estimate. For orders made between friday afternoon and tuesday morning the delivery estimate is taken starting tuesday.

In case one or more products from your order are not on stock you will be kept apprised of the expected delivery times.

 

* Limitations:

  • Only orders made through the use of "iDeal" kan directly be shipped out. In case bank transfer has been selected delivery will take longer then the estimates shown.
  • Orders will be shipped out once they are complete. In case one or more products in your order have a long estimated delivery time and your order is time sensitive, please contact us to see what possibilities we have to get part of your order to you faster.
  • Our physical store has priority over stock. In rare cases it can happen that a product is bought in our store roughly at the same time as an order is placed on our webshop in which case the stock will not have been adjusted timely. If this happens we will contact you as soon as possible with an updated delivery estimate or other possibilites.
  • For products not on stock we rely on distributors and logistic companies. In cases where we cannot meet our delivery estimes due to damage or missing packages we will apprise you asap.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on prices from Postnl:

  • Basic delivery: up to 30 kilo / max. measurements 140 x 78 x 58 cm € 6,75

Delivery costs shown are including administration fees.

On orders above € 100.- no shipment costs will be charged on basic deliveries. At the end of checkout all costs will be specified in the overview.

 

Shipping

For shipping we make use of the services of PostNL. It is possible to have your order directly send to a PostNL pickup point in The Netherlands. If you want to make use of this service we ask you to add the adres of the pickup point in the remarks section of your order. For deliveries in Tilburg and the surrounding area we try to use our own services.

The vast majority of our products go through quality control to make sure that we keep defects to a minimum. All instruments will be professionaly set-up and cared for to make sure that they reach you in perfect condition. Products with packaging that can not be closed after opening are exempt from quality control.

Radiobeurs Tilburg vouch for all risks during transport to our customers. In case a shipment arrives damaged or not at all please make use of the procedure specified in Warranty and Returns.

 

In-store pickup

If you choose for in-store pickup you will receive confirmation as soon as you order is ready for pickup. Pickup orders with the payment method in-store payment will stay in reservation for 2 weeks before the order is assumed cancelled and the products go back into our stock.

 

Cancellation

An order can be cancelled up to the point of shipping. If an order is cancelled before shipping no extra costs will be charged.

 

Security and Privacy

Security

Online shopping with Radiobeurs Tilburg is safe and secure. We have taken every precaution to make sure that your information is securely processed and stored. Your connection to our website is secured by the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) - protocol. By using SSL the risk of interception of any information is drastically reduced. Our website is secured by Lightspeed. Our payment processing for iDeal is done securely by Mollie B.V.

 

Privacy statement

Radiobeurs CV respects the privacy of all of it's users and takes care for any and all information given to us through our webshop. Radiobeurs CV processes information for acceptance and processing of webshop orders and (general) strategy. Personal information can be used to track down (attempted) mallicious and/or illegal behaviour towards Radiobeurs CV, it's customers and employees.

Radiobeurs cv uses collected personal information for:

  • Processing the customer's order: when you place an order we require certain personal information such as; e-mail, adres and payment info for the purpose of executing your order and keeping you informed every step of the way.
  • We also collect general, non-personal information of visitors of our website, like visited pages. This information is exclusively used for statistical analysis and optimisation of our website.

Radiobeurs cv will never sell, rent or borrow any information to thirds but will exclusively supply the information to thirds that are required for execution of your order. Our employees and contracted thirds ar obligated to respect the confidentiality of your information. Radiobeurs cv wil at request directly delete your personal information from our database. It is also possible to have your information changed at request, for these requests we will have to confirm your indentity. For accounts inactive for longer then 7 years we will automatically delete personal information.

Warranty and Returns

Take care! Allways contact us first through email at [email protected] or by phone at 013-5425629 before taking any action. We wil inform you on the procedure to avoid any misunderstandings.

 

Warranty

We are official dealer of most brands sold by us. All products are covered by a limited lifetime warranty. This warranty is minimally for the duration of 1 jaar. For hifi equipment this is usually 2 years.

In most cases your invoice will tell what the warranty term is for your products. Your invoice is also your proof of warranty so make sure you keep it safe.

The following products are exempt from warranty:

  • Consumables (Lamps, liquids, strings, etc)
  • Damage from erroneous use
  • Liquid damage
  • Broken displays

 

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase you can exchange or return the products. It is important that the product you want to return is undamaged and the packaging is complete and undamaged where possible.

After you receive your order you have 14 workdays to return a product and disband the purchase without having to give a reason. It does require you to inform us within the period of 14 workdays.

Depending on the state of the product (a portion of) the purchase will be refunded within 14 days after receiving the return. Costs and risks of the return shipment are for the customers responsibility. Take care! insufficient postage wil result in us not accepting the return package.

It is also possible to return the product to our store. Here you will receive a confirmation of the return, we will however refund the purchase through your bank account withing 12 days.

The following products can not be exchanged or returned:

  • Products that have been ordered to exact specification.
  • Sealed products that have their seal broken I.E. stylus, software, liquids, strings etc.
  • Products that for hygienic reasons cannot be returned I.E. earbuds, headphones and harmonica's.
  • Products that are incomplete or damaged.

Complaints

We do our best to make sure that all orders are executed as fast and precise as possible. If however there are any complaints about our services, please let us know as soon as possible. This can be done by sending us an e-mail at [email protected]. Try to explain the complaint as detailed as possible and add the invoice number, order id and date of purchase. You will receive an official response within 7 workdays on how we wil process your complaint.
